Library of Birmingham January 2012 Update

Here is an update on the new Library of Birmingham construction from 10 January 2012.
Work is rapidly moving forward to the complete covering of the structure in the metal frieze during January / February as the Carillion update below notes together with progress on the link between the new library and REP theatre.
