Park Central - constructing an end : July update

It's been over fifteen days since I last blogged about construction of the Glenn Howell's designed housing at Park Central, http://birminghamcentral.blogspot.com/2016/06/park-central-constructing-end-june_30.html.  Since that post there has been rapid progress on the site and it is now rising noticeably for passing drivers on Bristol Street.
