Loads of interesting development going on in the Jewellery Quarter at the moment - you should check out Golden Square - it's coming along quickly. Also work on the new Assay Office has begun.
I'm so glad I found your blog! I've been a student at Birmingham Uni in 2001/2002 and I can say that I'm still madly in love with my old city even though I've been back to France for more than 10 years now! I've returned to gool old Brum a few times, but I can see on your pics that the city seems to have changed quite a lot lately. I definitely need to catch a flight to Birmingham soon!
