Edgbaston Delivery

Following my June blogpost, All Out , noting the government had decided not to order a public inquiry on the redevelopment plans for Edgbaston Cricket Ground and they had been approved in Outline a reserved matters application has been submitted. The proposal listed below sees minor amendments to the stands and their floorspace, positions and height.


Reserved matters application
for the new stand approved under 2008/05827/PA to discharge appearance (condition A6), access (condition A7), and landscaping (condition A8) and conditions B1 (levels), B2 (boundary treatment), B3 (car park layout), B8 (levels and flood-proofing), B25 (ground floor recessed area) and B30 (cycle and motorcycle storage). Minor amendments to the new stands footprint (minor repositioning and minor increase in floorspace), and height (minor increases and decreases).
