Gateway to City - Quintain submits planning application for City Park Gate

Property Week has reported that Quintain Estates plans City Park Gate development with news that Quintain Estates has submitted a revised planning application for the first phase of its City Park Gate development.

The scheme is a revised application on an earlier plan taking account of market conditions with changes to the 1m sq ft scheme including over 250,000 sq ft of offices in two buildings at the scheme, which is adjacent to Moor Street Station and overlooking Selfridges.

City Park Gate will be a mixed use scheme and will include four office buildings, a hotel, 250 homes, a supermarket and ancillary retail.
A decision from Birmingham City Council is expected in the autumn.
