Still aiming to crown Methodist Hall
The Birmingham Post has reported that Birmingham's Central Hall still on track for flats and offices, insists developer.
The developer has vowed the project is still progressing despite a winding up order being issued by property firm Knight Frank on the developer's, The Developments Factory, sales and marketing arm.

The proposal is to create 47 flats as well as offices and shops in the Grade II listed building.

“There have been some last-minute changes at the request of English Heritage.
“We are confident that we should obtain planning permission within probably the next two months or so.
“If we do, realistically our target is to get on site in the summer.”
