McAlpine centres on Birmingham City Centre
The Birmingham Post reports, McAlpine on the move to Latham House, that Sir Robert McAlpine, the construction company, is to move it's regional headquarters from Birmingham Business Park to Latham House on Paradise Street which will be closer to it's clients.
The Paradise Street office will 'provide a central regional hub for its national network of offices in view of the premises’ close proximity to New Street Station'.

Latham House also houses legal specialists Davies and Partners on the ground floor acting as anchor tenants and was refurbished in 2006.

The privately-owned company, which operates in the building and civil engineering markets, has acquired the fourth floor of Latham House on Paradise Street from Hortons’ Estate, comprising a total of 4,031sq ft on a ten-year lease.
