More Directors in the Midlands
On April 30th I reported that, Company Directors on the Rise, following Crain's Manchester Businesses' report on company directors.
The Birmingham Post reported the story on the 15th May, More company directors choosing to live in Midlands, says new report, revealing that in Redditch, Solihull, Alcester and Sutton Coldfield the percentage of adults that are company directors is 15 per cent.
The post offers an explanation to the increase in the number of company directors which goes alongside a fall in 46 out of the top 50 London districts.

The Post shows that while London still has the highest density of company directors there is a migration northwards away from the south.

As the Midlands can offer world-class culture and an excellent business environment, the lure of the capital is increasingly being diminished.
