Calthorpe House Tops Out
The Birmingham Post has reported that Calthorpe House has topped out with a Topping Out Ceremony held at the £40 million development; Topping out ceremony at Calthorpe House.
The ceremony involves the traditional planting of a tree to ward off evil spirits from the building. The 105,600 sq ft office is due for completion in spring 2009.
